Pool sessions and Ocean sessions on offer with SUP Yoga Guernsey, led by Kristine Garlan-Hando.

* Indoor sessions are held at Les Beaucamps High School during the wintery months.  10 students max per session.

* Outdoor sessions are held at varying bays which are dictated tidally and by the weather during summer.  Practice may be held at either;

Cobo Bay
Grandes Rocques beach
Petit Bôt beach, or
Havelet Bay
During outdoor session students are welcome to bring their own boards and clip into my anchor line.  Alternatively, I collaborate with Outdoor Guernsey who kindly loan us their equipment.  My outdoor line accommodates 15 boards.

Board brands used are Fanatic, Jobe, and Red Paddle.
