Centre SUPYoga Catalunya classes are held at Somorrostro beach, a very open beach that surprises us in each class.
The pace and focus of every session depending on the weather we have.

If it is windy, they are a constant challenge, with a lot of movement on the water that will give us challenging and more physically demanding classes.
In the mornings or on sunsets, we will have a calm sea and incredible colors in the sky that will paint a wonderful portrait of Barcelona.
