Which information do I have to add about my center?

This is an important part to win visibility and it will give you an opportunity to share more about your center. If you offer classes in more than one place, please create a listing by location! Your description is really important to get known from your customers and a minimum of 4 quality pictures to share a good image. Also make sure you mention what type of environment you provide for your students and the material you give for the classes and the brands you use.

How do I register multiple locations for my classes?

If you are offering classes on different locations you must create a different listing for each location. Go to 'My Account' and click on the drop-down dashboard.
Go to 'My Listings' / 'Add listing'.

How do I contact guests that will attend my classes or training?

You will receive all the information and contact details about your customers in your email box after they realize their order. They will be able to contact you directly through the page of your center on the web if you have activated the option of messages.

Handling changes and cancellations.

If for any reason you need to cancel a class, training or event will be your responsibility to realize the modifications in advance. For which products you have already sold spots through our platform you must take care of the return or modification of the date (we recommend you offer a new date for your customers). In no case will the SUP YOGA WORLD platform be responsible for any modification of dates or refunds.
